Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Tourist tax: The prices quoted for our holiday flats do not include visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is 2.50 euros for adults, children are free of charge.
Final cleaning: The prices quoted for our holiday flats do not include final cleaning. The final cleaning fee is 50€ per stay.
Cancellation conditions (pursuant to Art. 1382 ZGB) There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
- The reservation can be cancelled up to 50 days before the arrival date at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price will be retained, in case of no-show or early departure the full amount will be charged.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price will be retained, in case of no-show or early departure the full amount will be charged.
Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the deposit.
