General questions
Our holiday flats are in the heart of Bad Neuenahr (town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler), a charming spa town in the Ahr Valley known for its healing thermal springs and picturesque landscapes. Penthouse Sky is about 500 m from the main house at Jesuitenstraße 11.
Hiking on the Red Wine Hiking Trail or the Ahrsteig, cycling on the Ahr cycle path, wine tastings with the winegrowers along the Ahr and a stroll through the historic old town of Ahrweiler. Everything is within easy reach of our holiday flats in Bad Neuenahr.

Check-in is possible from 12:00 to 17:00, check-out is by 11:00. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us in advance.

Yes, we offer secure parking for our guests right at the Ahrpartments. The parking fee is €10 per day.
Yes, our holiday flats are ideal for families. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Children up to and including 13 years stay free of charge. For children aged 14 and over, please call us before booking so that we can find the best solution together.
Yes, by arrangement – so you can explore the Ahr Valley with your dog too. We charge €20 per day for dogs. Pets are not permitted in Penthouse Sky.
Surroundings and activities
Bad Neuenahr and the Ahr valley offer plenty to do, including:
- Thermal baths and wellness
- Wine tastings and winery visits
- Hiking and cycling along scenic routes
- Culinary experiences in restaurants and cafés
Yes, near the Ahrpartments you will find supermarkets, bakeries and other shops for everyday needs.
Not from us – but right at the tourist information office, about 100 metres from the Ahrpartments.
Booking and cancellation
Please contact us directly by email or phone to change or cancel your booking. You will find our cancellation policy on the “Prices” page.
Cash or bank transfer before arrival. Volksbank and Kreissparkasse are right next door.

Additional cleaning can be arranged on request for a surcharge.
